Car Compatibility
To use this product, your car must meet the following requirements:
Original car radio.
Wired CarPlay or wired Android Auto.
BMW, Tesla, and some other models are not compatible. If unsure, please consult customer service before purchasing.
Android Phone and CarPlay
Android phones support Android Auto, not CarPlay. Only iPhones can use CarPlay. Huawei phones cannot use Android Auto due to their EMUI operating system.
Sound Delay
Any product connected via Bluetooth may experience sound delay. To improve this:
Turn off unnecessary Bluetooth devices to avoid interference.
Disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth.
Android Auto Connection Issues
For Android phones with Android 9 or1 0:
If Android Auto is not found in Google services, download the Android Auto app.
Ensure Bluetooth and WiFi on your phone are enabled. Android Auto requires Bluetooth and WiFi for data transfer.
Confirm that the original car Bluetooth is ignored on the mobile phone. Disconnect other Bluetooth connections first.
Ensure the product's Bluetooth is not occupied by other devices. Disconnect other devices connected to the product's Bluetooth and try again.
Huawei and Honor phones cannot use Android Auto.
