How to Return an Item

Refund Information

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, we provide a prepaid return label. A $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product) are fully free.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest delivery of your replacement item.

Received a Damaged or Defective Item?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you.
